BLUE MOUSTACHE
MOUSTACHE BLEUE
The artist Moustache Bleue is a Nice-based artist who creates paintings and sculptures on the themes of life, love, friendship, and sharing, with a modern touch, joyful colors, and a very expressive black outline.
When asked about the artistic movement his works belong to, Moustache Bleue playfully replies: "The EDS movement, Envie de s'amuser (Desire to have fun), or even AD, Amusement Délirant (Delirious amusement)!"
More seriously, the artist, a graduate in architecture with a master's degree in plastic arts, fell into a pot of paint about thirty years ago and never came out. He explains: "What interests me is representing the world I live in, playing with scale effects and making it cheerful, joyful, crazy. An impossible world, really!"
An actor in a world he wants to be happy, he plays with words and images in an original and personal way to express his joy of living.
